I dont smoke before I go to sleep but when I wake up I get pains in my lower stomach and it makes rumbling and growling noises when I first wake up, sometimes it can be very loud and painfull
I wish I had a solution because its effecting my social life. Im scared to go to the doctors because he might just laugh at me
Its getting worse now and its so embarressing
I have been suffering from really loud stomach noises for a while now and as a result of this embarressing problem I avoid quiet situations.
I still havent found an answer to my problem I was wondering if anyone else suffers this problem,

Im really sick of my stomach noises too, if im in class its really loud and embarressing and people look at me or ask if im hungry and most of the time im not hungry.
