No, peeing before having sex does not wash away the pre-cum. I would suggest taking a pregnancy test in a couple weeks, or if you don't get your period next month.

Yes, you are probably in early stages of labor. They may also be braxton-hicks contractions, which are practice contractions.
Since you are thinning your also most likely dilating however you can stay at 1 -2 centimeters dilated for weeks/months. With my son I was 1cm for 2 months and didn't dilate again till I was in labor.
