im 14 i have a little rice sized lump on my left testical. iv had it for a few years now atleast 3 as far as i can rember it causes me no pain ro discomfort i ahvent got it checked out as i havent really hit puberty and im embarresed as i have had it a few years i havent thought anything of it really but it still worrys me any help pleaase :'(
