I haven't eaten in two days and one day I drank a cup of hotchoclate. I'm trying the liquid diet I lost three pounds in two days. I;m sleepy alot. But I really wnat to lose weight and no matter how I exercise it seems not to be going fast enough for me to see the results. What shall I do???
What I have noticed is that its not really about what you eat is if you excersie more then you eat. I can say that what really burns fat is squats is works everything. 8) :p :d. Also you can try the liquid diet if you want to lose weight and burn fat
It does make a difference. As you probably tell those that are small like to make up for it some how and some that are small think they are big and have a big head. It matters if they could rock your boat
