My basketball coaches wouldnt let us go to dances on fridays they'd rather have us run. I think that dancing is awesome exercise!!

Haha, yes you may grow. You may not. I stoped at 14 I am still 14 but yea=) haha. Im like 5'9 I think iv stoped. My mom said that I just drank alot of milk! Haha sorry. Im sure you'll grow more. Just give it time. Good luck!

:d I do crunches. But the ones I do is harder but work a lot on your abbs and belly. You put your feet flat on the wall with the tips on the ground. You have your arms support you. Do that for as long as you can. I got to...About 10 minutes...But after I was done..My arms about fell off.
