Almost 7 months since my last gout attack. Still ocassionally drink the baking soda. I also take 3oo mg. Of allopurinol a day. Scared to stop taking it. You can add a section to your "i cured my gout web site". While drinking baking soda 3 times a day 1/2 tea spoons at a time I have not had a single incident of heart burn. I used to suffer that on almost a daily basis. I'm only about 2o lbs. Over weight and fairly active. Also used to wake up with bile creeping up my throat if I ate after 5:00... more
I have had my uric acid levels tested 3 times . All tests were within the normal range. I developed a lump on the joint of my left big toe, and had it surgically removed. My podiatrist said it was gout tophi. He then referred me to a rheumatologist who tested my uric acid levels and swears I don't have gout my podiatrist thinks he is a quack. ... more
