Hi. I am new to this forum. Has anyone ever awaken in the morning with stiff fingers? Painful fingers and not being able to bend them for at least an hour or so. A doctor told me I had osteo-arthritis. Just wondering if anyone has had this and what did you do for a remedy? Thanks!
