the swelling aftter surgery is normal. Usually it will be increase in the first three days, and after this period, the swelling will be decrease and gone.
So, don't worry about that. It is normal.

Hi, I am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, but not in usa, from what u described, I don't think it will be a cancer. I think it should be a cyst , just find a doc with litter surgery. It's okay, good luck
