My son fell on a concrete pool deck, landing on his buttocks. He bruised and scraped up his upper thigh. It is a week later, and the bruise and scrape are both gone, but the area is very swollen. He is not complaining of pain, actually says it only hurts when he applies pressure. Is this something to worry about?
