Isotretinoin can not be prescribed by normal doctors in most countries it must be prescribed by a skin doctor (dermatologist). You can get rosacea at any age, althrough it is more common in the 30-40 age group. Unfortunately there are many dermatologists that know very little about rosacea (as there are not that many people with mild or severe cases). There is some more info at the /rosacea website directory
