Most of my Pancreas turned to a soggy mess(doctors description)So 3 years ago I had a Whipple Pancreatoduodenectomy. The Gastro Surgeon who did it plainly does not want anything more to do with me. He says he has done all he can.He told me to go home and enjoy the rest of my life.But I am still suffering nearly the same amount of brutally high chro... more

The Puestow Procedure is called a Pancreaticojejunostomy .
The Whipple Procedure is called a Pancreatoduodenectomy.
Is there another name for the Frey's Procedure.

Don't muck about. Get your GP to refer you to a Gastro plumber,.,pronto !!! You are describing all the same sytoms I had and ended up being diagnosed with chronic Pancreatitis.
