You need to see a doctor... If the discharge is white in color, it is an std... I can't rember which one it is though. Definitly go to your doctor for more information.
It is a normal skin condition called "sebaceous prominence." I myself have it. It isnt an std or hiv, but it is just there. I have a site below which has a picture of it. If your bumps are similar to the ones in the picture, it is most likely nothing to be afraid about. (i know it took alot of stress of myself)

It is a normal skin condition. It is called sebaceous prominence. There are many people out there who are virgins and have this. I, myself have it aswell. I was getting worried thinking that it might be hiv. Below I have posted a link to a picture of it.
