Hi there,
I am asking this on behalf of my girlfriend and don't really know much about the different procedures/pills, so give me a chance!

Well, John, i was adviced not to lift anything heavy, but i like to do my weights and also like ten pin bowling on a sunday. I'm not allowing it to stop me doing the things i enjoy, so i just do more stretches every night and morning to keep it from stiffening up.

I am 20 years old and have the exact same problem except the leg part! Every now and then i get sharpe pains down my right leg.
