Hello, has anyone out there ever had a heat stroke?I had one several yrs. Ago and was doing good dealing with heat till I got to hot again couple weeks ago .Now the heat is bothering me again .What did you do to get back in the groove ?Doctor said after the first one you will always be bothered with heat . He told me to drink alot of gatorade .... more
