That is entirely your decision, the stats show you have a 70% chance of having a VBAC ( Vaginal birth after caesarean) I would recomend avoiding the epidural so you can listen to your body and any signs the scar may rupture, and avoid oxytocin so as to avoid the stress this can put the uterus under. Anything over 3cms is considered established labour, when associated with productive regular contractions.
