recently i was diagnosed with moderate l5 s1 degeneration with osteophyte formation.
sometimes pain is intolerable, with lots of stiffness, difficult to bend at all
pain is usually relieved with ibuprofen 800mg, still have active lifestyle, but difficult to do so nowadays. what is the prognosis?
