ear dryness; & myoclonus; please help

If you see an abnormality on one of those two pictures, please share your point of view. I have had an accident
in 2002 and my let ear never fully recovered. I have developed myoclonus for the last 2 years; and have recently developed a sensation of chronic dryness and stickiness in the ear.
Please help

I have had an accident back in 2002 and my left ear has never fully recovered. I have posted online a CT scan picture of both ears, with arrows pointing at the lateral malleus ligament. If you see anything wrong and would like to share your opinion, please feel free to do so.
