hi out there. My doctor recently switched me to this drug also after being on paxil for a few years. Paxil left me feeling horrid should i miss a dose. I'm curious if anyone feels that it may be better to take cipralex in the evening versus morning as I have been finding that I feel very very tired since switching meds.
