Im 18weeks and 3 days now and its the 3rd time my nipples leaked already. It was around 16 weeks it first happened but only a little drip and again with the second time. But this time it kept coming out for a bit, then more about half hour later so I just put a comfortable bra on and some tissue over my nipple. Apparently its nothing to worry about... more
