i have a simular problem.needle/irritation, only on my right forearm, no rash or any kind of skin disorder,but causing me to scratch uncontrobley.occurrs any time of day or night. doc has no idea. had it on two occasions ten years appart. be nice to know what it is, but no consolation. Edd . UK.
