I have found out that acupressure gloves will assist in relieving hot flashes. My mother gave the gloves a try and her hot flashes just disappeared in 15 minutes. I think that it is great that she found something that works for her.
I used acupressure bands to ease morning sickness symptoms... they actually erased all my nausea.

Hi. I am a professional equestrian and I was getting headaches all the time at competitions. I wore a hat and drank water but nothing helped. I bought sport sunglasses, maui jim I think and they are light, and what do you know... no more headaches. I got the headaches from the sun's reflection off the ground I think....
The only thing that helped me was acupressure wristbands... I was too sick to work and they made a significant difference.
