Felt the same when started on my vitamin but take it at night now before bed because of drowsiness and feel fine next day. Need to be getting enough sleep and eating well l think, well, what works with me.
I personally take Jamieson Stress Ease because it calms you, especially if you have a problem with depression, hyperactivity, and social phobia.
Vitamins get your body and mind moving and working more expending more energy so might feel hungrier.

I feel the same way. When l take my b multivitamin, l end up feeling so drowsy and lightheaded all day don't matter what. Is it better to take at night?
