Nobody replied to my original post so I thought I would give an update on the situation for anyone who may have the same experience.
The pain has subsided considerably. My best guess at this point is that it was just the trauma to my lower jaw from the procedure that caused the other teeth to be painful. If anyone having a similar issue happens ... more
