i have a large lump near the anus on the left side. it hurts very bad. ive heard people saying that they have had it too but everyone talks about puss and blood coming out. mine doesnt do that. but its a golf ball size and very painful. what could it be?

i have a large lump near the anus on the left side but there is no drainage or anything like that. its like a golf ball and it hurts massivly to sit down or move weird. I cant find anything about a lump that doesnt have any kind of pus or stuff like that. but it hurts and its scarying me.
