i have had a UTI for two weeks now and on sunday i went to the hopspital because i was in a lot of pain. they took a urine sample and said they were sending it off for further testing. it contained blood leukocytes and ketones in the urine sample. what does all this mean?

i was due my period a week and a half ago and i had light pink brown spotting instead which last a couple of days. i'm normally really heavy. i've now started feeling sick whenever i've had something to eat, my breasts look and feel different and im constantly weeing. i've taken a test today which was negative . really confused!
