Healthy active 35 year old male here. It started in late February of 2009. My neck started to become irritated throughout the work day, worsening as the day went on. I wear a collared shirt and tie during the day. My neck gets redder as the day goes on and it's very uncomfotable/irritable/not itchy. Once I take off my collared shirt it settles... more
