You can wear a mouth guard it may or may not help. What you most likely have is TMJ. If you Google that it will explain it better than I ever could. Hope it helps.

It is most likely a pilonidal cyst. I have had one and if it gets very bad you will have to have surgery so go now before it gets to bad and they can do a drain and medicine for it. PCOS is not that hard to diagnose. You have to go to an Endocrinlolgist and they will do blood test to check hormones and some other things as well. Dont let them put you off as they will do this.
