-Try Ayurvedic Medicines it really helps..
-Eat healthy food non spicy,less oil,fruits,drink lot of water
-Do yoga,avoid heat,stress,Try to maintain your body temp.
-Use steam or hot tubs,avoid constipation ,some times it leads to piles and other disease takes place.

I too have a pilonidal sinus from last 3 yrs on the side of my anus.Earlier i thought its an cyst but after some time i came to know its a sinus as it has some pessage from inside.As far i have concerned to the doctors surgery is the last option but chances are it comes back again if a single pus cell remains.So it all depends on the surgery..OPEN ... more
