hi i have had a nasty flu bug feeling better apart from painfull stomach cramps it starts at the top of my stomach in the middle just below end of rib cage it spreads over my middle and then low down it is sharp pain is it the end of the bug or something else the pain lasts about 2 minutes and happens on and off had it for 2 days now no bad diarroe... more
