You can be allergic to alcohol and often get rashes, but this seems more serious. Alcohol thins the blood, this can cause bruising, also why you can feel achy after a night out. Go to the doctor. Your sleep walking. Many people do strange things while they sleep walk, although yours is more destructive them some. Tell the doctor you sleep walk and self harm while doing it. They are things that can help sleep walking.
