No pain with TMJ

I am also 19 with the same problem, but my left face is bigger than my right face, I always wonder is that cause by TMJ or something else? I saw an orthodontic for a consultation, and was told that I need to see have a orthoganathic surgical evaluation????

I just saw an orthodontist, and was told that my TMJ was out grow and I need to have a surgery to fix it. I also knowledge the face on my left is a bigger than my right face.
