I also have a tilted uterus, and I'm on baby number two. I found out the way to get pregnant is to quit trying...or try to lose weight. well noone replied but that is ok LOL. I went to the dr. today and there urine test came back positive as well. They said that your hormones have to be at at least 1000 for it to show up on there test so They have at least risen that much. due to my history of miscarriages they took another blood sample and want to retest just to make sure my level... more
I tested with the one dollar test from dollar general and mine came out positive. took a min but it did. If your hormones are low it won't show up and sometimes hormones are low even after u miss a period and dont show up on test. I would go get a blood test done by doctor!
not sure about foods you can eat but there are otc hemoroid creams that are cheap to buy and usually work.

Have you ever had pelvic inflamatory disease or a pelvic inflamitory infection? This causes the vaginal walls to become inflamed making it nearly impossible to have intercourse. Have you not been able to accomplish it at all or have you been able to and had too much intercourse maybe making you a bit too dry for any more?
