Hey there isn't a blood test for anklysing s., the only way to really diagnosis is through a bone scan, which is a lot like a mri or something like that except they inject a dye into you before scanning. Perhaps it's something you are eating. It is possible to become intolerant to a food that never caused you trouble in the past, I recently discovered that i'm lactose intolerant and I used to stomach dairy products normally until recently.

Lower Abdominal Pain! Please Help

Are you taking any medications such as nsaids (non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as celebrex? Do you take birth control? If so, are you taking them at night before you go to bed? These taken on an empty stomach can cause severe pain, especially in the morning. Good luck.
