I took my pulse and it was around 75 per minute, (took it twice, once 76, the other 74). I think I hydrate enough but I guess I could drink more water. Hello, I'm 22 years old, 5'8 and about 130lbs. I'm fairly active, I walk everywhere and try to eat a balanced diet.
