Also to point out the UK I stress where the protocol for Zop is completely different. It's deemed safe for long term occasional use here but not to be taken consectutively for long periods of time. Effectively I can take 7.5g once or twice a week for the rest of my life.
WOw. I've been having prescriptions for Zopiclone (I ahave severe anxiety induced sleep problems) but the most I've taken consecutively was 4 when my father passed away.
