I feel exactly the way you do mrectorl. I went to see the specialist about my sinuses and we came to an agreement that it is the anxiety making the sinus problems worse. Since then i have thought back and realised that an awful lot of my syptoms i have had over the last 2 yrs on and off have been the anxiety.

This list is great and has made me feel so much better. The really interesting one is the first about ear pressure. I am going to see a specialist tomorrow about sinus problems because i thought the ear and pressure issues were due to that but now im not si sure. Well i have the ear pain, not usually very painful but at least one day i had a sharp pain in my right ear that made me jump. Im suffering anxiety at the moment and whilst some of these threads are reassuring, some make me worry more.

I too get the numb feeling in my head, mostly at the front/top of my head. I also have the dull ear ache, popping sensation and pressure. I too am so relieved to hear the above posts. I am currently seeing the specialist for my sinus problems because in dec time i started suffering from dizziness and ear ache. What annieluv describes is so spot on to how it has felt in my ear that i am much relieved.
