My period has been coming 4-5 days earlier these past couple of cycles and it lasts longer than usual. I have also experienced crying spells a week before due date, headaches, and "funny" feelings around my ovary areas. What do you think is going on folks?

I have a question about the long term effects of lithium use for a bipolar patient. Could one start up again after a lasped time of use? Will it work again? I tried choline tabs and it didn't work. I took them one evening and the next day felt uneasy. I talked to my doctor and she didn't think they were good to use. Fish oil is ok to take however.
