Thank you for your response. She is 50 years old. She has been diagnosed as suffering from Severe Depression, PTSD, Agoraphobia,suicidal and she is going through menopause. She is seeing a physchologist, but I am unsure if who she is seeing is aware of her not taking her meds.

What happens to a Type 1 Diabetic, who refuses to take her insulin. My sister has announced that she will no longer take her insulin. She takes 5 shots per day, two types of insulin - long lasting and rapid acting. Will she not die and is this not suicide tendancies?
