...cont per week. My first reduction will be to 405/ mg per week. I will take 4 pills on six days and 3 pills on one day. At my highest dose, I was at 90 mg per day. I was weaned in hospital a little over 2 years ago...much too quickly...and got very, very sick. The nardil was reintroduced to 75 mg. I am wondering if anyone has had experience coming off MAOI antidepressants after long term use. I am currently weaning from Nardil (with medical supervision) but am having a really hard time. I am very sick with physical withdrawal symptoms.
