Sperm do not live very long in the open air. Very unlikely that you are pregnant off of this.
If his penis is coming too far in the mouth, it could initiate the gag reflex. In general, I would think that if after doing this, it is making you sick, it would be best to not do it. Your loving partner would most surely understand.
There are a variety of causes of difficulty swallowing.. Many of them are not serious... Some are acute such as throat infections, etc. It does seem as though a social anxiety could be causing this with you BUT one of the warning signs of Cancer is difficulty swallowing so I would definitely have it checked out by an MD. Better safe than sorry.
Could be simply a hormonal response to the sex. My wife has done it.. not often.. but nothing was wrong.. Next time, no tears. Simply hormonal.
Due to a variety of factors, a hard and fast "8-10" glasses, etc cannot be substantiated. If you are walking in 110 degree heat or are in an endurance race, you will need A LOT of water. Sitting in the cool, not so much. Also certain problems enhance your need for water intake such as Diabetes.
