Buy from Amazon (£6.99) If you have had a medical check up and have been told you are OK physically, then this book explains in a simple way what we have wrong with us and how to help ourselves. We do need to all keep in touch because it is moral support for all of us. Not many other people would understand what we are going through, only those with this problem.
