*i hear your pain.* I have lower back pain pretty much constantly. Try to realize certain things will aggravate your problem and work around them. I pay my teenage neighbor to mow our lawn and take out the garbage. As far as ruining yourself through vacuuming, have you considered just getting a lighter vacuum? i hope you are feeling better. Being 14 is a very stressful time for everyone. (even the "cool kids") some people are just better as hiding it/dealing with it than others. At least you're reaching out for help and I think that is important. I hope you feel better.
