Bowel movement while breastfeeding

My four day old daughter stools everytime she is being breastfed after which it stops till the next breastfeeding. The stool is also very watery and brownish. She looks fine though and not feverish. Is anything wrong with her or her mum?

The same fluid like bump was noticed on my four day old daghter's head last night and has been a cause of fear to my wife who felt is a serious side effect of the vacuum birth. Kindly advise on what the best way to make the bump disappear. Am taking her to the GP today.
