Could be a vertigo. Try some herbal anti nausea medication. Could work wonders.
I HAD EXACTLY THE SAME SYMTONS, the cyst was a subatiuos cystsand took a few months to go, the red dots/sores on my scalp, I use cold tar shampoo and conditioner, it is soothing and reduces swelling. See how you go. If pain persist always see you doctor.
