Large Sessile Polyp Ascending Colon

You are never too young for colon polyps. I am 28 years old and last year was diagnosed with Pre cancerous polyps. Very scary. After having this it makes me feel like people should be going to get colonoscopies younger than 50. If I did not have my colonoscopy, I would have had cancer in a few years.

Last year I was experiencing severe diarreah and going to the bathroom anywhere from 5-10 times a day consistently. I made an appointment with a gastroenternoligist and he said he wanted to do a colonoscopy. I got the colonoscopy done at age 27 and it came back without have Colitis or Chrons disease but he did find a 7mm polyp near my rectum. Wh... more
