Have you tried working out? I think you need to gain control over your problem, but in a different way. I think you should stay away from junk food, and eat alot of fruits and vegetables. Work out and you will start to gain control and lose weight. Losing weight is not hard, you can do it in a healthy way and you will grow stronger.

Be careful with the alcohol, it is not healthy to be drinking too much. Do you drink coffee? Coffee can stay in your system for a very long time. I would abstain from coffee, or drink it very early in the day. There are many natural supplements for sleep, like chamomile or valerian root. Maybe one of them will work for you.

Do you take any medicines? Sometimes too much medicine can cause a headache for me. Are you wearing the right clothes, and do you work out with the right temperature? Maybe you need lighter clothes. I usually get headaches but only with certain machines, like hack squats. It might be that the weight is too heavy for you.

I have never heard about those vitamins. I do take regular vitamins when I diet and it helps alot. It is great for energy and it helps with your appetite. Hoodie is very popular appetite supressant also. You might want to check into that.
