I haven't even seen the doctor yet so I don't know the situation but what is the process? Is it painful?

Sorry I can't seem to focus on anything but this right now. I posted my problem in a thread below.

Diarrhea Then 4 Days Later Constant Rectal Pain.

I started running every night a week ago. Out of the blue I was having diarrhea. Then yesterday I started having constant rectal/anal pain? I looked up the area of my pain in a diagram and am guessing rectal.
