im a 23 yr old, 34a 5'8 145 pd female I have been on an off birth control since i was 19 and never saw an increase in breast size as a result.
I know it's frustrating to have tiny boobs but I always feel better when I see girls my size and shape with small boobs too
I think we just need to learn to accept & love our bodies.... more

yes he is more depressed than manic- and i already had him take some fish oil and b12 and b6-(my mom actually bought him a huge bottle of b-complex vitamins, when he came out of the hospital) i know ultimatums don't work especially with him his mom try's to do it and it only makes the situtation worse. If he's on meds he should switch or adjust the levels my bf has gotten that way too in the past(ive mostly exp. what you have described when he slepped back into mania). If he is not on meds he needs something.
i find myself in a very similar situation my boyfriend is actually much better mood wise without the meds he does tend to get a little down (depressed) but I just think of ways to distract the moodiness, we watch a funny movie or go out somewhere.
