hi, i've been feeling aches and pains all over my body, especially my hips down the back of my thighs and lower back.I had really bad hip pain when pregnant with my daughter who is now 15 months. I also have a slightly sore throat and am hoarse with flem in back of my throat. Feeling very tired. Is this the begining of the flu or a viral infection?
