A co-worker of mine had some tiny "things" inserted into his tear ducts. You don't even feel them. It must not hurt, because he is the biggest baby about things. I guess it stimulates the tears. And yes, the computer can wreak havoc on your eyes!
I also had that when I was younger. I had a time when I had a migraine practically every day. I was hospitalized because they were thinking that it was something more serious. Have you seen a doctor about it? From what I understand, when the whites of the eye turns yellow, it is usually hepatitis or some liver problem. But if you've had this since birth, it's probably not that. If you are 21 years old, you can go to the doctor w/o your father's permission that is IF he doesn't want you to for some reason.

That is what happened to me and I didn't have a good outcome.
My opthamologist diagnosed me with macular degeneration. I am going to see a retina specialist this week.
